Hotel Trinity - Olomouc

Loved to be here, the hotel was clean and pleasant, the location was marvellous to historic centre. The breakfast was great with tasty scrumbled eggs, and had all you need. Location: the venue was really close to the main attractions, the center and the university and the center square, one of the main attractions of the town.

Nothing for me!

The welcoming staff, fast check-in process, and fantastic bar made Hotel Trinity a great choice for Christmas. the updated unit equipped with an electric kettle and glassware was a nice touch. the service was pleasant, and it was great that there was no extra charge for wake up calls and ironing services.

Great location, very nice room, great breakfast buffet

Outstanding service, modern queen room with very clean bathroom, tea making facilities, for example. Very very good choices for the breakfast.

Wi-Fi was bad.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, as it was just a few steps away from the main square where all the tourist attractions are located. It made it incredibly convenient for me to explore the city and take in all its beauty. The room was beautifully furnished with attention to even the tiniest detail, ensuring a comfortable and stylish stay.

Families would love this hotel, as it provides everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Location was okay, but about a long block from city center. Our friends a/c didn't work, and they got little to no help from the staff. I made the reservations for our group, so felt uncomfortable for their dilemma. Service was just so so.

The restaurant was not open and we didn't get any information about where to have supper.

The location was excellent - just a stone's throw away from the main square where all the touristic attractions are located. We could easily explore the city without any hassle. Moreover, the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services. The room was clean and spacious, equipped with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious dishes to choose from, ensuring a satisfying start to our day. we were extremely pleased with our experience here.

Good location, easy parking.

Having room with windows to the busy street is quite unpleasant anyway I could not blame them for that. Unfortunately there is always the way how to spoil good services - receptionist at arriving day was very nice and kind, breakfast in the morning spoiled that all - even though hotel obviously not fully booked there was not a single clean table to sit.

AirCondition was not working in the room - it's not a big pleasure if +35C outside (inside a bit ...).

Breakfast was extremely poor, not even up to three star standards. Hot breakfast items were not hot and the bains marie did not appear to be working.
